STREAMING SERVICE AND DEVICE PLAYING SYSTEM USING SVC SERVER

PURPOSE: A streamlining server and a terminal reproducing system which uses an SVC server are provided to configure one bit stream and to restore the bit stream of a receiving terminal in order to have various frame rates. CONSTITUTION: A receiving module(120) receives an H.264 NAL(Network Abstraction Layer) stream from an SVC(Scalable Video Coding) server. A conversion module(130) converts the received H.264 NAL into an RTSP(Real-Time Streaming Protocol) stream. A streaming server(140) performs a streaming service of the converted RTSP(Real-Time Streaming Protocol) stream.
