<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the damage of connections of a coaxial cable in an electromagnetic radiator, in an engine equipped with a plasma generation device which generates electromagnetic plasma by irradiating an electromagnetic wave to a combustion chamber. <P>SOLUTION: A holding member 51 which is integrated with an engine body 20 and holds the coaxial cable 50 connected to the input side of the electromagnetic radiator 40 is arranged at the engine 5.
