摘要 The invention relates to a method for producing iron-nickel alloys from oxide materials and to a device for carrying out said method. The inventive method consists in pre-reducing oxide materials containing at least 0.4-0.7 % of nickel by supplying a reduction plasma jet to the layer of oxide materials, in heating said oxide materials to a temperature of 8000-900 DEG C, in cooling a partly reduced material and in exposing said material to a magnetic separation. A metallised stock constituent is broken, briquetted, hardened by drying. The briquettes are loaded into a reactor and are blown through by gases cooled to a temperature of 900-1000 DEG C. The final reduction and melting are carried out by injecting a reducing agent into a gas plasma, the stock being heated by a plasma to 1450-1550 DEG C. Said method also consists in loading a receiver, blowing through a nickel layer by a neutral plasma jet, in raising the reactor temperature to 1600 DEG C after removing the metallised nickel and in blowing through the remaining oxide material by a reduction plasma in such a way that iron contained therein is totally reduced. The inventive device comprises a vertical-type reactor provided with melting reduction plasmotrons disposed in the lower side part thereof and with thermocouples mounted along the height of the reactor. A receiver provided with holes for overflowing the metal from the reactor is arranged in the lower end section of the reactor. A blowing-refining plasmotron is disposed in a sliding shutter oppositely with respect to an alloy-tapping unit. Said device also comprises stock blending means.
