<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator manufacturing apparatus capable of performing mass production, with high productivity, of a separator having a structure in which nanofiber layers are formed on both faces of a base material layer by preventing a droplet phenomenon from occurring. <P>SOLUTION: A separator manufacturing apparatus 1 manufactures a separator having a first nanofiber layer formed on one face of a base material layer and a second nanofiber layer formed on the other face. The separator manufacturing apparatus comprises: a conveyance device 10 including conveyance mechanisms 11,12,13,14,17 and 18 for conveying a long sheet W to be the base material layer and a long sheet reversal mechanism 15a for reversing the long sheet W during conveyance thereof; a first electrospinning apparatus 20 depositing a first nanofiber on one face by using an upward nozzle from below to form the first nanofiber layer; and a second electrospinning apparatus 22 depositing a second nanofiber on the other face by using the upward nozzle from below to form the second nanofiber layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
