PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a prefabricated frame structure by which good relative rotation is obtained and also which has high reliability of retaining. SOLUTION: The top part of a tubular shaft part 48 is plastically deformed in the expanding direction in the state where the outer circumference in the base part where is the side of a second component 14 in a projected part from the second component 14 of the tubular shaft part 48, after a portion of the tubular shaft part 48 is made to project from the second component 14 by fitting the tubular shaft part 48 of a first component 12 which has the main body part 16 and the tubular shaft part 48 where is projected from the main body part 16 into a fitting hole 24 which is formed on the second component 14 and has a axial size which is not larger than the axial size of the tubular shaft part 48. When they are made like this, interference with the fitting hole 24 of the second component 14 by the expansion of the base part when the top part of the tubular shaft part 48 is expanded is prevented.
