PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw for stirring a fluid material and a stirrer for a fluid material which are capable of stirring a fluid material in a hardly independent container without causing a trouble of entraining the hardly independent container and making rotation impossible or damaging the hardly independent container and to provide a method for stirring a fluid material which can simply prevent the rotation of the hardly independent container at the time of stirring. SOLUTION: The stirrer for a fluid material comprises first screws A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and J for stirring a fluid material and second screws A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H and J for stirring a fluid material with a smaller diameter than that of the first screws and a rotary shaft R to which the screws are attached. The method for stirring a fluid material involves fixing a hardly independent container 10 containing a fluid material on a hardly independent container fixation stand 9 and stirring the fluid material in the hardly independent container 10 by the stirrer for a fluid material in the state that the hardly independent container fixation stand 9 is fixed so as to prevent its movement.
