PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color toning method, by which the colors of collected fire extinguishing agents colored differently can be easily colored with a predetermined color. SOLUTION: A black colorant and a red colorant are mixed in predetermined amounts in collected fire extinguishing agents that are prepared by collecting fire extinguishing agents differently colored depending on their different production timings or in adjusted and mixed fire extinguishing agents that are prepared by mixing the collected fire extinguishing agents as a major ingredient with a virgin fire extinguishing agent. The mixture is uniformly mixed so that the resultant can be colored with a predetermined color represented by a Munsell value ranging from 5RP to 5YR. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
