PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting kitchen knife by pushing down which can chop up easily and safely what is hard and is hard to cut for home cooking. SOLUTION: In the cutting kitchen knife by pushing down, a round hole is formed in the leading edge of the kitchen knife. Fixed metal fittings are formed in a chopping board, and the disk-like rotary chopping board, which can freely move an angle, is safely fitted with a bolt to a composite means on a chopping board mount to apply the principle of a lever also in order to solve problems of the surface of the chopping board injured by attriction.
