PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technologies capable of immediately coping with abnormality of a game machine in advancing a game. SOLUTION: Technologies capable of immediately coping with various trouble of a game machine occurring in advancing the game in the game machine such as a slot machine and a pachinko machine are provided. The technologies can avoid the situation in which a player's eagerness to play the game is impaired because of the trouble occurring in the put-out of game values or in the operation of the game machine or other trouble such as suspension of smooth advancement of the game by the player. If trouble occurs in the game machine, an employee of a game parlor in charge of trouble-shooting is auxiliary guided by the game machine to the part where the trouble occurred.
