PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus having superior operability and a probe for the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus. SOLUTION: A probe casing 16 having a transducer 20 for transmitting and receiving ultrasonic waves to/from a body is provided with a mass body 28 and a motor 24 rotating the mass body.
