PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge case which is smooth in rotation of an inner rotor and high in manufacture efficiency. SOLUTION: The cartridge case has; a case main part 3 in which a partition wall 33 of a plane vision circular shape or a plane vision arc shape which constitutes an accommodation section for rotatably accommodating a disk recording medium stands on a top plate 31; a disk-like bottom plate 41; an inner rotor 4 which has a bottom plate 41 and a side wall 42 erected along a periphery edge of the bottom plate 41, and which is rotatably arranged in the case main part 3 where the side wall 42 is inserted at outside of the partition wall 33; and a shutter which opens and closes an access path by moving in connection with rotation of the inner rotor 4 for accessing the disk recording medium. The inner rotor 4 is constituted by having a linear shape protrusion 45 formed on an inner periphery face of the side wall 42 along the standing direction of the side wall 42.
