PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio information conversion apparatus in which audio information can be edited to digital frequency information even without the aid of another electronic apparatus and can be directly stored into a storage or memory unit. SOLUTION: The audio information conversion apparatus is equipped with a voice recorder 3 which can acquire the audio information from media and is capable of applying processing and reproducing to the audio information, a voice conversion module 4 which is disposed in the voice recorder 3 and is capable of generating digital frequency information by editing the audio information, and a signal transmission unit 5 which is disposed on the surface of the voice recorder 3, and is subjected to the connection to the storage 6, and in which the signal transmission and storage of the digital frequency information edited by the voice conversion module 4 to the storage 6 are possible.
