The optical system unit 13 transmits the fluorescence F reflected by the distribution reflecting mirror 27 through an fluorescence transmission optical fiber 17 to a fluorescence measuring instrument. The fluorescence measuring instrument determines the quantity of elements included in the analysis object 12 on the basis of the fluorescence F.</p>
