PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily proceed with reinforcing work in a state of hardly causing hindrance to the use of internal space of a building even during a construction period while relieving a decrease of internal space of the building due to the installation of an aseismatic reinforcing part, and to allow the aseismatic reinforcing part to be diverted to an aseismatic reinforcing part of a new building when reconstructing the building. SOLUTION: In this reconstruction method for carrying out aseismatic reinforcement of the building by forming the aseismatic reinforcing part B2 integrally with a building body B1, the wall type aseismatic reinforcing part B2 extending over a plurality of stories of the building body B1 is formed in an integral state along an external wall 3 of the building body B1 to construct the building body B1.
