PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation section of a work vehicle to easily fine-adjusting the lifting height of a work machine connected to a traveling body. SOLUTION: In this operation section of a work vehicle, a lifting operation lever 17 for lifting the work machine connected to the traveling body 3 is located at a side panel 14 installed on the side of an operator's seat 7. A hand rest surface 24 for placing the palm of the hand of the operator is formed on the upper part of the side panel 14. The rotating axis 28 of the lifting operation lever 17 projects from the side of the side panel 14 to the operator's seat 7 side. The upper end of the lifting operation lever 17 is so positioned near the hand rest surface 24 that the work machine can be lifted by the thumb and the index finger of the operator while the palm of the hand of the operator is placed on the hand rest surface 24.
