PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output suitable sound effect based on scoring evaluation for each singing period. SOLUTION: The system includes: a singing period classified scoring means 15; a music piece classified score history managing means 16; a reference score calculating means 17; a score comparing means 18; and a sound effect output means 19. A singing score classified by a singing period for each music piece, which is calculated by the singing period classified scoring means, is recorded in a music piece score history managing table by using the music piece classified score history means, and a reference score is calculated by the reference score calculation means, and thereafter, the reference score is compared with the singing score classified by the singing period, of a user who is currently singing the music piece, and based on the comparison result, various sound effects are output at predetermined timing by the sound effect output means. Moreover, by setting singing history of a user specified by a user ID acquiring means to the reference score, it is compared with own past singing, and the various sound effect can be output, according to the comparison result.
