摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic image reading device which has a laser beam scanner not affected by the jitter of the MEMS mirror. SOLUTION: The radiographic image reading device designed to read recorded radiation images on a record medium by radiating a scanning excitation light has an MEMS mirror for excitation light scanning and sets a read scanning angle used to read radiation images within the scanning angle of the MEMS mirror.
