<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of reducing a CPU processing load and simplifying processing when the processing is carried out by using a plurality of CPUs inside an ECU. <P>SOLUTION: In this processing system, based on a pulse signal from a pulse output means, processing on a shared device is carried out by a first operation processing means and a second operation processing means.
