PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component drawing preparation system for a building, which simply prepares a new three-dimensional drawing of a roof surface in drawing preparation work of a component of the building. SOLUTION: The system includes a storage unit 400 for storing a construction plan of the building; a control unit 100, or component drawing preparation unit for preparing a component drawing of the component of the building on the basis of the construction plan; and an input unit 200 for performing an input operation to the control unit 100 for preparing the component drawing. The control unit 100 prepares a roof plan of the building based on the construction plan through the input operation, and prepares a three-dimensional drawing of a roof surface of the building corresponding to the prepared roof plan. A three-dimensional drawing and a wall surface drawing of a new roof surface are prepared by moving a ridge of the roof plan. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
