<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive diaper cover in which one diaper cover is transformed by a simple operation (to a skirt shape which looks like shorts widely-open in front), which does not need to change covers when walking and sleeping in the bed, which is made of an outer surface waterproof cloth and an inner surface water absorbing cloth to absorb dirt and prevents the dirt from leaking outside, which is freely washed and is kept clean, promotes an ecologically-friendly life for a diaper that encircles the body, and reduces an amount of garbage, when a person who needs a diaper wears the ecological diaper cover. <P>SOLUTION: The diaper cover is made of the outer surface waterproof cloth 1 and the inner surface water absorbing cloth 2. Then, a part around a back bodice B waist, a part around a front bodice A waist, and right and left crotch parts are made elastic in a fully expanded state, whereas fastener components 3 are attached to both ends of the part around the back bodice B waist, right and left crotch both ends, and a middle part of the back bodice B both sides, respectively. In the form of shorts, fastener components 4 are attached to contact points between a line around the back bodice B waist and both ends of the part around front bodice A waist.
