PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, though, as a countermeasure for the reduction in the water quality of tap water, each home and each office is fitted with a water purifier to prevent the reduction, in a water purifier marketed now, only by stopping water passage overnight, the fact that bacteria stuck to a filter material is remarkably reproduced, and an insanitary state is formed is recognized, and water in the water purifier after the stop of water passage for a long time is not suitable for drinking. SOLUTION: Two kinds of metals are fitted to the internal purified water outlet 7 of a water purifier body 1, and the water to be treated passes through a space 6 between the two kinds of metals 4, 5, and is discharged to the outside from 8 of the water purifier 1. As at least one of the two kinds of metals, a metal having sterilizing properties is used, and further, the space 6 between the two kinds of metals is doubly subjected to sterilizing since electric current by the metals flows therethrough.
