The system has one or more wind turbines for using the wind. A hydrogen production unit is provided, which has a hybrid of electrolyzers and combination of two different electrolyzers electrolysis and a controller that divides the production of hydrogen electrolyzers between different types of technology, so that electrolyzers are dynamic and fast and slower with the electricity consumed by the hybrid electrolyzed device to absorb fluctuations in generated electric power.
