<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce interference from a macro base station to a small transmission power node. <P>SOLUTION: A micro base station, which forms a micro cell for transmitting a signal to a subordinate micro terminal with small power within a macro cell for a macro base station to transmit a signal to a macro terminal, generates a PDCCH including downlink or uplink resource assignment information, and in a transmission stop interval in which the macro base station stops signal transmission while leaving minimum quality-measurement signals, deviates the transmission start symbol of the PDCCH to a position where the transmission start symbol and the quality-measurement signals do not overlap. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
