<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reception of "RA" before a communication application ends "Router lifetime", while preventing wasting of wireless resource, wasting of battery of a mobile station UE or an external connection device, and a network process required for the mobile station UE shifting between "IDLE state" and "ACTIVE state". <P>SOLUTION: A mobile station UE includes: an RA reception part 11 for receiving "RA" from a network; and an RA transmission part 12 for transmitting RA#1 to a communication application 20 when the RA reception part 11 receives the RA#1, with the RA transmission part 12 configured to re-transmit "RA#1" to the communication application 20 even if the RA reception part 11 does not receive "RA#2" again before "Router lifetime" ends in the communication application 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
