PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inks including high loadings of silver nanoparticles, e.g., about 50 to about 70%, and printing methods therefor, which allow offset printing and gravure and flexographic printing.SOLUTION: A nanosilver ink composition includes silver nanoparticles, a clay dispersion, and an ink vehicle. A process for forming conductive features on a substrate includes: preparing a nanosilver ink composition comprising silver nanoparticles, a clay dispersion, and an ink vehicle; depositing the nanosilver ink composition on the substrate to form deposited features; and heating the deposited features on the substrate to form the conductive features on the substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
