<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication environment control device that can reduce ambient noise while suppressing power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: A communication environment control device 500 controlling environment of communication between a first terminal device and a second terminal device comprises: an apparatus state acquisition part 503 specifying an electrical apparatus existing around the first terminal device; a network input/output part 501 connecting to a route of communication between the first terminal device and the second terminal device; a call information acquisition part 502 which monitors communication data transmitted on the route from the second terminal device to the first terminal device, and acquires a request for reducing ambient noise when the request is included in the communication data; and a control information generation part 506 which makes the electrical apparatus existing around the first terminal device stop its action or reduce its action level, under the condition that the request is acquired. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
