PURPOSE: A roll printing device and a roll printing method using the same are provided to improve productivity by reducing tack time and to efficiently replace a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A roll printing device comprises a first stage, a second stage, a first printing unit, and a second printing unit. The first printing unit moves from the first stage to the second state, thereby projecting patterns on the second stage. The second printing unit moves from the second stage to the first stage, thereby projecting patterns on the first stage. A Cliche or a substrate is provided to or drawn from the first and second stages. The first and second stages are installed on the same line.
