PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of plant extract containing benzaldehyde which is present in nature, and to provide a plant extract containing benzaldehyde produced by the production method.SOLUTION: The invention provides a production method of natural benzaldehyde water characterized by comprising a step of extracting by an extraction method comprising stirring while crushing a plant belonging to Rosaceae Prunus with an impeller, and decompressing it while applying heat from the outside while crushing and stirring to extract; natural benzaldehyde water obtained by the production method; and an antitumor agent containing the natural benzaldehyde water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
