The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing Korean sausage by filling intestines of chicken or duck with stuffing. The present invention is achieved by: preparing intestines of chicken or duck; washing the intestines; preparing stuffing with all sorts of spices, by chopping finely; filling the intestines of chicken or duck with the prepared stuffing; tying both ends of the intestines; and boiling. |
