<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional film that can attain a high transmittance. <P>SOLUTION: The functional film comprises a resin film, a conductive layer having a single-layer or a multilayer structure of two or more layers provided on the surface of the resin film, and a functional layer provided on the surface of the conductive layer, wherein, in the conductive layer having a single-layer or a multilayer structure, the layer adjacent to the resin film has a surface resistivity of 10<SP POS="POST">7</SP>to 10<SP POS="POST">13</SP>Ω/cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>, the layer adjacent to the resin film contains a binder and fine particles of a conductive acicular metal oxide, and the numerical value of formula (I) below satisfies a requirement of 0.05 or less. In formula (I), Nda represents the refractive index of the conductive layer adjacent to the resin film; Ndf represents the refractive index of the resin film; and Ndc represents the refractive index of the functional layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
