PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zoom lens having excellent optical performance, an optical device, and a method for manufacturing the zoom lens.SOLUTION: A zoom lens includes, arranged in order from an object side along an optical axis: a first lens group G1 having positive refractive power; a second lens group G2 having negative refractive power; a third lens group G3 having positive refractive power; a fourth lens group G4 having negative refractive power; and a fifth lens group G5 having positive refractive power. During zooming from a wide-angle end state to a telephoto end state, the fifth lens group G5 moves to an image side. The zoom lens satisfies the following conditional expressions (1), (2): 1.96<f1/(fw×ft)<2.80...(1), 0.67<f4/(fw×ft)<2.10...(2), when f1 represents a focal length of the first lens group G1, f4 represents a focal length of the fourth lens group G4, fw represents a focal length of a zoom lens ZL in the wide-angle end state, and ft represents a focal length of the zoom lens ZL in the telephoto end state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
