PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device with a thermostatic tank capable of adjusting influences of a temperature adjustment component to a detection temperature of a temperature sensor with ease.SOLUTION: An OCXO 1 has a TCXO 3, a tank 19, a heater 21, a heater temperature sensor 49, a temperature control circuit 51, and a conductive piece 67. The tank 19 houses the TCXO 3. The heater 21 can perform heat radiation in the tank 19. The heater temperature sensor 49 is arranged in the tank 19. The temperature control circuit 51 controls the heater 21 so that a temperature detected by the heater temperature sensor 49 becomes a predetermined target temperature.
