According to the present invention, a pattern manufacturing apparatus for an upper of a seamless shoe, comprises: a base (10) on which a pattern material is placed, the pattern material on which a hot-melt film (2) is disposed at an upper portion of a fabric (1) to form a pattern to be attached to the upper; a moving unit installed on and spaced apart from the upper portion of the base (10) and which moves forward and backward and side to side; a moving means which moves the moving unit forward and backward and side to side along the outer edge of the pattern; a laser-beam irradiation unit (22) which is moved forward and backward and side to side while being connected with the moving unit, and irradiates a laser beam directly and downwardly onto the center portion of a main body (21) to cut the pattern material; and a laser (20) which bonds the fabric (1) with the hot-melt film (2) located on the outer portion of the shoe pattern by means of the residual heat generated from the laser beam cutting the pattern material.
