摘要 The present invention relates to a method for designing a flushing system which is made up of a plurality of perforated tube networks placed in a limestone layer for removal of sludge settling in the limestone layer of a successive alkalinity producing system (SAPS) for mine drainage treatment. The method of the present invention includes: a step in which a flushing system is installed in a limestone layer stacked in an experiment tank and fluid filling up to a predetermined water level is performed in a state where sludge settles in the limestone layer; a step in which a perforated tube is opened and a dry weight of the sludge discharged through an orifice formed in the perforated tube is measured; and a step in which a volume of the fluid suctioned through the orifice is assumed as a volume of a sphere, a radius of the sphere is derived from the dry weight of the sludge, and then the radius of the sphere is determined as an orifice influence radius (R_i). According to the present invention, an orifice flow capacity is suggested by the influence radius of the orifice being used; a diameter of the orifice having an optimal flow capacity is selected; the influence radius is derived from the optimal orifice diameter; and an inter-orifice gap is set 1.5 to 2.5 times the influence radius.
