This invention is a water-filling method for filling a plastic bottle (50) with water (60). First, air is super-dissolved in advance in the water (60) in an air-dissolving section (air-dissolving step). Afterward, the water (60) in which air was super-dissolved is filled into the plastic bottle (50) in a water-filling section (15) (water-filling step). After the plastic bottle (50) is plugged shut in a cap-attaching section (16), the interior of the plastic bottle (50) receives positive pressure through the air super-dissolved in the water (60) turning to gas. |
