PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet and a decorative plate each imparting a low-gloss appearance, devoid of a turbid appearance, and excellent in terms of cleaning friendliness (wiping friendliness).SOLUTION: The provided decorative sheet possesses at least a surface protective layer atop a substrate; the surface protective layer includes a curable resin and an inorganic filler; the content of the inorganic filler with respect to 100 parts.mass of the curable resin is 12-25 parts.mass; the surface of the surface protective layer opposite the plane thereof facing the substrate has an uneven pattern; the area ratio of valley portions of the uneven pattern is at least 15%; opening widths of the valley portions along the short-side direction thereof, bottom widths of the valley portions along the short-side direction thereof, and the depths of the valley portions simultaneously satisfy specified relations; a decorative plate using the same is also provided. |
