<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the entry of wiring inside a clip, and to facilitate the mounting by providing the clip with a temporal fixing function in mounting the clip on a clip mounting member. <P>SOLUTION: A clip body 11 is constituted by inwardly and outwardly overlapping a resin outside clip body 12 on a metal inside clip body 30 arranged inside the resin outside clip body 12. A pair of latching nails 14 is integrally formed in an inwardly projected manner from the both end portions of the U-shaped opening of the outside clip body 12. The inward top portions of the latching nails 14 are deformed so as to expand an opening, thereby being supported by the rib with spring pressure when the rib of the clip mounting member for holding the clip body 11 is inserted. The inward top portions of the pair of latching nails 14 of the outside clip body 12 are arranged so as to connect each other in a freely formed state before the clip mounting member is inserted.
