PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a current detection device capable of enlarging a dynamic range of a detectable current without changing an area when viewed from the laminating direction and capable of improving a measurement accuracy.SOLUTION: A current detection device for detecting intensity of the current flowing a conductor includes: a magnetic resistance effect element aggregate laminated with a plurality of magnetoresistive effect element aggregates different each other in sensitivity of the resistance change for the magnetic field via a conductive spacer; and a resistance reading circuit for detecting a resistance value of the magnetoresistive effect element aggregate, and detects the intensity of the current flowing through the conductor. Each of the plurality of magnetoresistive effect element aggregates includes: a first magnetism layer fixed in the magnetization direction with respect to the magnetic field induced by the current flowing through the conductor; and a second magnetism layer laminated on the first magnetism layer via one of an insulating film and a metal film in which the magnetization direction follows the direction of the magnetic field induced by the current flowing through the conductor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
