PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device advantageous to the accurate measurement of the shape of a measurement object.SOLUTION: A measuring device for measuring the shape of a measurement object includes: a pattern light generation unit for generating pattern light including line pattern light including a plurality of lines and an identification part to distinguish the plurality of lines; a projection unit for projecting the pattern light to the measurement object; an imaging unit for imaging the pattern light projected on the measurement object to obtain an image; and a processing unit for finding information on the shape of the measurement object on the basis of the image obtained by the imaging unit. The line pattern light includes bright lines and dark lines. The pattern light generation unit includes a first part for generating the bright lines, a dark part for generating the dark lines, and a second part for generating the identification part. The second part has light intensity between the light intensity of the first part and the light intensity of the dark part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
