PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device producing a color image signal, in which light incident to an imaging element is sufficiently utilized to improve sensitivity.SOLUTION: In an image sensor 232 provided with photoelectric conversion films 60B, 60G, 60R in a Bayer array, an impurity concentration profile is formed to a silicon substrate 270 such that n-type wells 74B, 74G, 74R receiving light components transmitting through the photoelectric conversion films 60B, 60G, 60R in a Bayer array, respectively, are provided in pixel regions on the same optical path.
