PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for easy recognition of the type and mounting position of a suction nozzle on a nozzle station installed replaceably on a component mounter.SOLUTION: A suction nozzle 12 is provided with a nozzle information storage unit 14 storing the identification information (nozzle information) of the suction nozzle 12. A nozzle station 11 is provided with a nozzle information read-write unit 15 for reading and writing the information stored in the nozzle information storage unit 14 of each suction nozzle 12, and a nozzle station 11 side communication unit 17 for transmitting the nozzle information read in each nozzle information read-write unit 15 to a component mounter 20 side communication unit 21. The controller 22 of the component mounter 20 receives the nozzle information, read in the nozzle information read-write unit 15 from the nozzle information storage unit 14 of each suction nozzle 12 mounted on the nozzle station 11, and recognizes the type and mounting position of a suction nozzle 12 mounted on the nozzle station 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
