PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming pineapple leaf and stem crushed product fertilizer in which, with respect to the large amount of pineapple leaves and stems left after harvesting the fruit, management of moisture which is liable to be produced by fermentation is carried out, thereby producing fertilizer without wasting nutrients held by the pineapple or allowing the rotting of the pineapple and maintaining an appropriately sufficient amount of moisture for fermentation of the pineapple leaves and stems, and which can be shipped.SOLUTION: Pineapple leaf and stem crushed product is stored in a pool for fermentation forming a pineapple leaf and stem crushed product layer, and under an aerobic bacteria fermentation environment, fermentation is carried out by aerobic bacteria at a predetermined room temperature, and while continuing the fermentation, dried pineapple leaf and stem crushed product is mixed into the pineapple leaf and stem crushed product layer, and the moisture produced along with the fermentation of the pineapple leaf and stem crushed product in the pineapple leaf and stem crushed product layer is absorbed by the dry pineapple leaf and stem crushed product to give a pineapple leaf and stem crushed product holding moisture thereby forming a pineapple leaf and stem crushed product layer together with a pineapple leaf and stem crushed product fertilizer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
