PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a T-die and an extrusion molding device capable of reducing a material loss.SOLUTION: A T-die 12 includes a die main body 20 including: an inflow port 21 into which a molten resin flows; a manifold part 22 in which the molten resin flown in from the inflow port 21 is spread; and an outflow port 23 extending in a width direction from which the molten resin spread in the manifold part 22 flows out in the width direction.
