<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional printing device, three-dimensional printing system, and three-dimensional printing method for capable of easily creating a printed material where a desired section thereof is threedimensionalized with high quality and at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: (a) A digital image photographing a three-wheeled motorcycle 65 parked with roadside trees 64a, 64b in the background is acquired. (b) The roadside trees 64a, 64b and the three-wheeled motorcycle 65 are cut out from the image. (c) The cut-out image is converted into a solid black image 66. (d) The solid black image 66 is printed on a foaming resin surface of a recording medium 17. (e) Heat and light rays 68 are applied to cause the solid black image section to expand and rise. (f) A solid white 67 is printed on the whole front surface of the recording medium 17.
