PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fold each of composing plates of an assembling and folding storing box composed of four side plates and one bottom plate substantially without clearance when they are folded, stack up a plurality of folded storing boxes stably, and transport the boxes with a less labor when the commodities are to be moved while they are placed in the storing boxes. SOLUTION: A bottom plate enclosing upper bending element 7 and a bottom plate enclosing bending element 8 are fixed to an upper section and a lower section of opposing two corners, and an upper section connecting bending element 9 and a lower section connecting bending element 10 are fixed to an upper section and a lower section of the other two opposing corners when the plates are assembled. When they are folded, a thickness of the bottom plate is stored or enclosed in a clearance formed by the side plates. In addition, either a fixed wheel or a caster 28 is attached to a lower part of the side plate to facilitate a transportation of the storing box having commodities stored therein. In this way, even if the storing boxes are folded and stacked up from each other, the wheel 28 does not prohibit this operation.
