PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent blank driving of a nailing machine by constituting it to press a trigger valve stem through a lever installed on a trigger stem and devising it impossible to press the trigger valve stem as the lever is removed from a position immediately below the trigger valve stem when a fastener is used up. SOLUTION: A slot 11a is molded on an intermediate part of a trigger lever 11, and a lever 13 is pivotally installed on a bracket 11b projected downward. A tension coil spring 14 is connected to the lever 13, and a lower end part of the lever 13 is press-fitted on a connecting nail N of a nail magazine or a pusher. An upper end of the lever 13 is positioned roughly immediately below a trigger valve stem 15, and when the trigger lever 11 is pulled, the upper end of the lever 13 presses the trigger valve stem 15 and nailing is carried out. When the pusher 9 advances in accordance with consumption of nails and the lower end of the lever 13 is removed from the pusher 9, the upper end of the lever 13 is displaced from the position immediately below the trigger valve stem 15, and it comes to be in state where operation of the trigger valve stem 15 by the trigger lever 11 cannot be carried out.
