<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind-powered electricity generating device in which measures have been taken against the emission of heat by components inside a rotor head. <P>SOLUTION: The wind-powered electricity generating device 1A generates electricity by driving a generator in which the rotor head 4 that rotates by receiving wind power with wind turbine blades is provided inside a nacelle. The nacelle is installed at an upper end of a tower provided upright on a base, and a hub control panel 20A is installed inside the rotor head 4.
