PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine harvester neither damaging tension depending on a tension rotating wheel of a central foot confluent transfer chain nor causing culm transfer trouble but thereby making smooth culm transfer possible. SOLUTION: The combine harvester has a reaping part 7 comprising right, left and central plant foot confluent transfer chains 33L, 33R and 33C which nip and transfer each right, left and central reaped culm feet to flow together, and right, left and central raking wheels 30L, 30R and 30C for raking the right, left and central culm feet to a transfer starting parts of the right, left and central plant foot confluent transfer chain 33L, 33R and 33C, wherein not the transfer end part of the central plant foot confluent transfer chain 33C but the central part of a non-transfer work side is wound and supported with a driving wheel 78, and the transfer starting part is wound and supported with a driven wheel 43C driven and rotated with a left raking wheel 33L, and a tension wheel 95 is set between the transfer start side driven wheel 43C and the driven wheel 78, of the central plant foot confluent transfer chain 33C.
