PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost flow measuring device and prevent lowering of the measuring accuracy of flow. SOLUTION: An anti-fogging coat is formed on the inner wall of an air current tube 10 by spreading surfactant or hydrophilic liquid agent and the like. An optical image of an indicator is photographed through the wall of the air current tube 10 with a detector part 50. The detector part 50 photoelectrically converts the photographed optical image of the indicator and outputs the electric signal to a flow calculator. The flow calculator detects the variation of the indicator based on the electric signal output from the detector part 50.
