PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection control device for an internal combustion engine which prevents deviation of an air-fuel ratio caused by air of a bypass passage and reduces test manhours and load of control. SOLUTION: The fuel injection control device comprises: a throttle air volume conversion means 22 for acquiring an air volume corresponding to opening of a throttle valve 7 in an intake passage 13; a bypass air volume conversion means 24 for acquiring an air volume of a bypass passage 9 corresponding to opening of an ISC valve 10; an intake air volume calculation means for calculating an air volume taken into the internal combustion engine 1 by adding the throttle air volume and bypass air volume; a virtual throttle opening setting means 26 for setting the throttle opening corresponding to the intake air volume as virtual throttle opening based on the throttle air volume; and a fuel injection amount setting means 27 for setting a fuel injection amount corresponding to the virtual throttle opening. The setting of the virtual throttle opening makes an air-fuel ratio appropriate, without use of a fuel injection amount map or the like in view of the air volume of the bypass passage 9.
